A pressure transmitter is a pressure gauge that converts a pressure variable into a uniform output signal that can be transmitted, and has a given continuous function relationship between the output signal and the pressure variable, usually a linear function.

Pressure variables include positive and negative pressures, differential pressures, and absolute pressures.

There are two types of pressure transmitters, electric and pneumatic. The electric unified output signal is 0-10mA, 4-20mA (or 1-5V) DC signal, and the pneumatic unified output signal is 20-100kPa gas pressure.

Pressure transmitters can be divided into force (torque) balance, capacitive, inductive, enthalpy and frequency according to different conversion principles.

Second technical requirements

1 appearance

1.1 The nameplate of the transmitter shall be complete and clear, and the main technical indicators such as product name, model, specification and measuring range shall be indicated. The high and low pressure chambers shall be clearly marked, and the name or trademark of the manufacturer and the factory number shall be indicated. , manufacturing year and month.

1.2 The parts of the feeder should be intact, the fasteners should not be loose and damaged, and the movable part should be flexible and reliable.

1.3 The surface of the newly manufactured transmitter's outer casing and parts shall be smooth, intact, free from rust and mildew, and there shall be no debris or residue inside. The transmitter during use and repair shall not be affected. And measurement performance defects.

2 sealing

The measuring part of the transmitter shall be free from leakage and damage when subjected to the upper measuring pressure (differential pressure transmitter is rated working pressure).

3 basic errors

The basic error of the transmitter should not exceed the requirements of Table 1.
